Why hire me as a trainer?

I’m the type of trainer that I would have liked to work with.

I’m really good at helping people feel comfortable in the gym. I talk with my clients and work with them to come up with goals and a plan. My style is to guide you. You are going learn to push yourself. I am not the drill sergeant. I’m sure you can pay someone to yell at you, but that’s not my style. My personality is not like the stereotypical trainer. I am a very calm person. I’m not super hyped jumping around and calling everyone “bro.”

I believe in empowering my clients with knowledge. I am really good at helping you feel comfortable in the gym. I know walking in can be very intimidating. I’ve worked with plenty of women and gotten them lifting more than some of the guys grunting next to them. I don’t think women need to settle for being weak and helpless. I can get you strong.

I will help you learn what’s actually effective, cutting through all the bro-science. My style of training is tough, but you’re not going to be puking on the floor. You’ll be training ~3 days a week. Some of that can be doing whatever sports or activities you like. Spend 2-3 hours a week in the gym, and then go do something fun with your life.
